Retired from Verizon after 30 years in Customer Service and most recently from the family moving business, Vesely Brothers Moving & Storage. Donna was a member of Rotary International and served as District Governor for District 7330 from 2002-2003. Her experience includes grant writing and fundraising for international and community projects through Rotary International and also served as Team Leader to India through Rotary International. Vesely currently resides in Washington Twp. with her husband Joe and serves as Chairman on the Board of Directors.
David decided to be a Designer/Architect at the age of 8 after reading a book about Frank Lloyd Wright and Fallingwater. At 17 he started selling floor coverings and furniture working the entire time while going to college and gaining a degree in Fashion Coordination and Retailing. A member of the design community since 1980 David specializes in Interior and Architectural design. He taught and developed classes at Westmoreland County Community College and received national recognition for his class Curb Appeal which later became the basis for a television program. Aside from the design aspect he does restoration of fine art and antiquities. David lives in Belle Vernon with wife Andreia and currently serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors.
Susan Campus is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and earned a Master of Science degree from Carlow College (now Carlow University). Susan’s professional career included clinical experience in critical care nursing and professional leadership positions in health care and health care education.
Susan has also had many volunteer opportunities and experiences in religious, educational and youth organizations in the Mon Valley region. Among these activities, she has served as a member and officer of the Greensburg Central Catholic High School Advisory Board; and as a member, officer and committee chair/event coordinator of the former Monessen Catholic School Parent-Teacher Guild. These experiences have included obtaining grants and successfully implementing grant-funded projects; identifying and implementing fund-raising initiatives, and coordinating a variety of programs and activities with various non-profit agencies.
Susan resides in Monessen with her husband, Nathan. She and Nate are the parents of two daughters and grandparents of two grandchildren.

Mark Boyer is a native of the Borough of Donora, Pa. and graduate of Edinboro State University of Pennsylvania. In more than 30 years of media and public service, Mark worked in various capacities ranging from newspaper and radio reporter, to consumer advocate, to government information.
Among his accomplishments was the construction and growth of New Hanover County Television (NHCTV). During that same time, he was appointed by two consecutive governors to serve a total of 10 years as a Trustee and elected for one year as Vice Chairman of the University of North Carolina Center for Public Television (UNCTV). Mark also served as liaison to New Hanover County’s film industry.
In 2017, Mark retired from public service and relocated to his hometown in Pennsylvania where he was named Director of the Donora Public Library. In his short time there, Mark has successfully obtained a competitive grant award for technology replacement and worked to increase adult and children’s programming.
Mark Boyer resides in Donora with partner Ken Bizzell Boyer and currently serves on the Board as a Member At Large.
Debbie Buck was born In Belle Vernon, PA., graduated from Belle Vernon Area and attended California University of PA. She is a local business owner of Audrey’s Custom Draperies since 1994 and has been involved in the business since 1980 when she began as a designer/installer of custom window treatments.
Audrey's Custom Draperies provided custom window treatments to numerous homes throughout the Mon Valley including the residence of the President of California University and The Brownlee House for Washington County Community Foundation.
She is a board member and executive board member of the Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she received the Shining Star Award in 2017, is board member and treasurer of Charleroi Park Trustees and previously served on the Charleroi Borough council.
Debbie is a current member of the Belle Vernon Rotary serving as President in 2009 and is a Paul Harris Fellow. She is a member of TEAM Charleroi, Mon Valley Networking, Greater Rostraver Chamber and the Mansmann Foundation (a business networking/education group).
Going out to dinner with family and friends and her special guy, motorcycle riding and antiquing vintage prints of Victorian ladies that are 36” long are some of her favorite things to do in her spare time.
She currently lives in Charleroi and enjoys being involved and supporting organizations that promote the Mon Valley in a positive manner. Debbie currently serves on the Board as Treasurer.
Susan Sparks is a professional artist and entrepreneur who returned to southwestern PA after several years on the west coast. Susan has worked in the art field professionally since 1974 and prior to moving to the west coast was very active in the local art scene in the metropolitan Pittsburgh area. She previously served on the board of directors of the Creative Arts Council of the Mon Valley and the Arts Council of Washington County and currently is the Music Hall Manager and Arts Program Director for the Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall in Carnegie, PA.. Sparks has 30+ years as an exhibiting professional artist and illustrator. Susan has also offered art classes for select artists in the competition to further develop their artist expression.
